Commission : Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Be respectful in communication. Harassment or bad-faith behavior may result in cancellation.

These terms are subject to change; the version in effect at the time of agreement applies.

Eligibility

To help prevent flaking or scamming on either side, I only accept commissions from:- People I already know / consider friends, or
- People who have a clear connection to my friends (mutuals, introductions, etc.).If we do not already have this connection, please do not request a commission.

Payment

Payment can be arranged in either of these ways (agreed upon before work begins):- Upfront (before I start the commission), or
- After completion (once the finished piece is ready for delivery). The exact arrangement will be confirmed between us before any work starts. Accepted payment methods: Steam, SWIFT, Roblox (Robux)

Process & Updates

I will provide progress updates in the form of screenshots or unfinished images (sketches, WIPs, etc.).I will ask you for an ideal deadline when we start. Having a clear target date helps me stay on track and avoid procrastinating. I’ll do my best to meet it, while still keeping communication open if anything changes. These two following points are non-negotiable:
- I will not provide a timelapse of the process.
- I will not provide the working files / source files of the piece.I prefer to keep my creative process private. While I’m happy to send screenshots and WIP updates so you can see progress and give feedback, I don’t share timelapses or the original project files. This helps me protect the way I work and maintain clear boundaries around my process.

Deliverables

Final files will be delivered in whatever method we agree on (Discord, Google Drive, email, etc.).You will normally receive (in a format of your choosing):A regular-sized version, and
A 2× supersized version (using Ibis Paint’s feature). You may also request separate elements/aspects of the piece (e.g. character only, background only, etc.) to be delivered alongside the final piece.Personal use is allowed (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal printing, non-commercial sharing, etc.).

Commercial use requires discussion and an additional fee. A watermark will also be included on any commercial version.

I retain the right to post the work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed.
